Return & Refund Policy – Bovelloo

At Bovelloo, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service since we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this time, the order may already be processed or shipped.
